Oasis of Blue

At 142 feet, the Sombrero Key Lighthouse in the Middle Keys is the tallest of Florida's reef lighthouses. Located In a particularly turbulent area of the Florida Straits, mariners dubbed the reefs around the sentinel "Coffin's Patches" because of the number of deadly mishaps there.
